Welcome to Uncle Wong Coffee. By accessing or placing an order on unclewongcoffee.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, you offer to purchase products subject to availability and pricing confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues or pricing errors.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards and other Shopify-supported gateways. All payments are securely processed via Shopify (PCI-compliant).

2. Pricing & Promotions

  • We may offer promotions, flash sales, or discount codes at our discretion. Coupon usage is subject to the specific terms shown during checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.

  • While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays due to carriers or customs.

  • Risk of loss transfers when the package is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All instant coffee products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or received in error.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos and order details.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Products are provided “as is” with no explicit or implied warranties.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncle Wong Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uncle Wong Coffee and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Malaysian laws. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Malaysian courts.
