1. Refund & Return Eligibility

    • Wrong item or flavor received

      All sales of instant coffee products are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

       

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    1. Your order number

    2. Detailed description of the issue

    3. Clear photos showing damage or error


2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Include the required information (order number, photos, description).

  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, choose one of the options:

    • Replacement shipment (free of charge)

    • Full refund to your original payment method

  5. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank issuer.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part.

  • For returns due to defect or wrong item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse return shipping.


4. Exchanges Only for Defective/Wrong Items

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or wrong items.

  • We cannot accommodate size flavor swaps or change-of-mind requests.


5. Refund Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Products in good condition due to change of mind

  • Coffee used or partially consumed

  • Promotional bundles or discounted items, unless damaged or incorrect


6. Processing & Time Frames

  • All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Final decisions may be delayed if proof is incomplete or packaging has been damaged by the customer.
